Exploring Emotions, Stories and Change

Inner Landscape Counselling offers a calm, supportive space to explore your inner world and navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity and self-understanding. We work collaboratively with individuals to gently explore thoughts, emotions, patterns, and experiences that may be impacting wellbeing, relationships, or sense of self. Our approach is grounded, compassionate, and tailored to each person, recognising that everyone’s inner landscape is unique.

Meet The Counsellor

A woman smiling, wearing a tan top, with shoulder-length dark hair, in front of a plain white wall.

Hello! I'm Charlotte!

With over 10 years of experience in various counselling settings, I offer a wealth of knowledge to both my counselling and supervision practices. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients, including survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault, women’s health, youth, and individuals referred through Employee Assistance Programs. Given that trauma is a significant focus of my work, I prioritise creating a safe, supportive space and adopt a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach to my practice.

My strong background in creative arts provides me with the flexibility and innovation to design tailored intervention plans. In supervision, I am dedicated to empowering my supervisees, fostering their professional development, and enhancing their clinical competence.

As a Malaysian Chinese, fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and Malay, I bring a culturally diverse perspective to my work. Growing up in such an environment has shaped my understanding of mental health, allowing me to approach it from various cultural lenses.

Inner Landscape Counselling is available via secure Telehealth services, including phone and video sessions, making support accessible wherever you are.

Telehealth options are designed to fit seamlessly into your life while maintaining the same standard of care as in-person services.

Sessions are offered in a respectful, non-judgemental environment, with a focus on building insight, resilience, and meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.

  • Phone counselling provides confidential, one-to-one support with a qualified counsellor via telephone. It offers the same professional care as in-person sessions, with the added convenience of accessing support from your own space. This option is ideal for those with busy schedules, limited access to local services, or who prefer talking without video.

  • Video counselling offers secure, confidential sessions with a qualified counsellor using video technology. It combines the personal connection of face-to-face counselling with the flexibility of online access, allowing you to receive support from wherever you feel most comfortable.

  • Supervision provides a supportive, reflective space for counsellors and professionals to discuss their work, enhance skills, and ensure ethical and effective practice.
